Eagle's Landing is a public course with a private course feel. Though not difficult from the two most forward tees, playing the back tees offers experienced golfers a challenge. A beautifully maintained course nestled into marsh areas with bay views, this course is an amazing value. Considering the very harsh and wet winter, the course is in very good shape. The staff is very friendly and the food, for a small operation, is delicious. I highly recommend this course to players of all abilities.

Played here 2-18-14 as a refugee from the snowy north. Conditions were pretty bad, since there had been unremitting rain for a week before. Fairways were saturated and very soggy: where the ball landed, that's where it stayed. I guess that could work both ways, eh? Anyway, other than the fairways and the special feature "pond-in-a-bunker," we really liked the layout. Very challenging, and some interesting shot selections. Not walkable, due to distances between holes, at least not for seniors, of which I am one. The four closing holes are very tough, and I urge that first-timers play with someone who knows the course to help navigate these: #18 alone has the potential to make a grown man cry! Nice folks in/around the pro shop complex, and several other players we encountered were equally friendly. I'm looking forward to playing it again under better (dryer) circumstances. I highly recommend!
